Our Founders
Parv is a skilled designer whose creativity knows no bounds. She has spent decades honing her craft in the bustling hosiery mills of Leicestershire, drawing inspiration from the region's rich textile heritage. Her designs reflect a blend of classic elegance and modern sophistication, aimed at creating pieces that stand the test of time as well as honouring the time tested and trusted method of creating the most complex patterns and ensuring each garment is intrinsically accurate.

Kay is a manufacturing maestro with an eye for detail and a heart for ethical practices. She has created complex samples and overseen production lines over the past 40 years and ensured the highest quality standards in every stitch. Kay's commitment to sustainability and fair labor practices stems from her deep-rooted belief in social responsibility and her desire to see the UK manufacturing industry thrive once again.

Pardeep is the business brain behind Ivyi Rose. With a background in finance and operations, she has steered various companies towards success. Pardeep's strategic vision is to build a brand that not only offers exceptional products but also stands as a beacon of integrity in the fashion industry.

The three women saw an opportunity to make a difference by returning to their roots and launching a company that embodies the principles they hold dear.
