The Collaboration

📐Pattern Making & Grading

  • Our expert team translated Tropel Kids' designs into detailed, accurate patterns, paying special attention to growth adaptability and comfort.

  • We developed a scalable grading system for the required patterns, accounting for the unique proportions of children at different stages.

  • Mock samples were created to test fit and comfort, followed by adjustments to ensure ease of movement and correct sizing.

 

🧵Sample Production & Feedback

  • Once the patterns and grading were perfected, we began producing prototype samples for the full collection.

  • Each sample underwent rigorous testing for fit, durability, and fabric behavior.

  • Tropel Kids provided detailed feedback, allowing us to tweak design elements where required.

 

🏭 Full-Scale Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

  • Upon approval of the samples, we moved to full-scale production with careful attention to timelines and quality.

  • Every batch underwent quality control checks, ensuring that each garment matched the original design specs—perfectly fitting, beautifully finished, and ready for retail.​
