Design/Patterns/Fabric Prototype
The process begins with your idea and we guide your through the process to bring your designs to life from 2D to 3D and will advise you on the whole process so you are well informed and know all options open to you. We offer a skilled manual pattern cutting service along with grading and size specifications. Our methods are traditional as that is where lies our years of experience within the fashion industry.
From that we will make a fabric prototype which will bring the design to life and help you to see the quality and construction of the garment. We then produce a sample out of your chosen fabric before then item is sent for bulk production.
We work with a number of small to medium size businesses and have recently expanded this service from womenswear to pet clothing also.
Production
All clothes we manufacture are cut, stitched and finished by hand. We implement a very high quality control procedure to ensure each item of clothing we produce meets the high standards of our customers.
Clothing manufacturing takes place within our studio based upon your approved sample and specifications. We do not have any minimum order requirements as we understand the pressures of startups and smaller business.
We have vast experience in manufacturing a wide range of products from womenswear leisure garments to office wear, sportswear, dog clothing and home furnishings (cushion covers, toiletrie bags, etc).
Wholesale/supply
By combining our design/pattern service with our manufacturing capabilities we have created a portfolio of designs ready to supply albeit with the freedom of being able to adapt the different designs with the fabric and trim of your choice.
This is a bespoke service that we feel will help small businesses expand and grow their client base without the extended lead times. If this is a service that you are interested in we can send through a full price list and portfolio of our designs/garments. We are happy to brand them however you wish. All our designs/garments are made in the UK in our studio.
